質(zhì)量管理問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵性失誤點(diǎn)是：

1. Necessary specifications and requirements are not communicated to and/or agreed with the factory's component/raw material suppliers.

沒(méi)有與工廠的零件/原料供應(yīng)商就所有必需的規(guī)格和要求進(jìn)行過(guò)溝通和/或認(rèn)可。

2. The incoming goods area is not clean, dry, and with appropriate illumination and temperature.   Materials are not suitably handled.

收貨區(qū)域不干凈、潮濕，光線和溫度不適宜。貨物搬運(yùn)不恰當(dāng)。

3. In the incoming goods area, defective items are not suitably segregated from items to be used.

在收貨區(qū)域，有問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)品沒(méi)有與將要使用的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)馗綦x。

4 In the production area, rejected products and components are not suitably segregated. Their re-use/disposal are not suitably controlled / authorised.

在生產(chǎn)區(qū)域，不合格的產(chǎn)品和零部件沒(méi)有被恰當(dāng)?shù)母綦x存放，它們的重新使用/處理方式?jīng)]有得到恰當(dāng)?shù)目刂?認(rèn)可。

5. During production, products are not stored in suitably clean, tidy, safe, dry areas with appropriate illumination and temperature. They are not handled appropriately when moved from one area to another.

   在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，產(chǎn)品沒(méi)有被恰當(dāng)?shù)卮娣旁诟蓛?、整潔、安全、干燥并且光線和溫度都適宜的環(huán)境中?！‘?dāng)產(chǎn)品被從一個(gè)地方移到另一個(gè)地方去的時(shí)候沒(méi)有進(jìn)行恰當(dāng)?shù)陌徇\(yùn)。

6.In the final inspection, packing and storage area, rejected items are not suitably segregated.

在產(chǎn)品的最終檢驗(yàn)階段，不合格產(chǎn)品沒(méi)有被恰當(dāng)?shù)母綦x開來(lái)。

7. The storage areas for finished goods are not big enough, suitably clean, dry, with appropriate illumination and temperature.  Goods are not suitably handled.

   成品的存放區(qū)域不夠大、環(huán)境骯臟、潮濕，光線和溫度不適宜。貨物的搬運(yùn)不恰當(dāng)。

8. No effective positive release process before goods leave the factory.

   在貨物離開工廠以前，沒(méi)有建立有效確定的出貨程序。
