required in order to protect employees, visitors or contractors. This is the
role of the Ethical Audit

The site will hold
regular Health & Safety meetings with operatives and senior management,
meeting minutes will be kept. All chemicals used on site will be controlled. Equipment will be suitably guarded. The site will determine whether protective
clothing is required, if required, it will be clean, in good condition and not
present a risk of contamination to the product
現(xiàn)場應定期召開職工和高層管理人員的健康和安全會議，會議紀要應保存?，F(xiàn)場用的化學品要加以控制。適當?shù)乇Ｗo設備?，F(xiàn)場應決定哪里需要穿防護服，如果需要穿，防護服必須是干凈的并保存完好，不會對產(chǎn)品帶來污染的風險。

Health & Safety Policy 健康和安全方針 |
A documented Health & Safety Policy, signed by Senior Management, must be in place and displayed. The policy must be compliant with the legal requirements of the country of operation. 文件化的健康和安全方針，必須由高層管理人員簽字，并在現(xiàn)場張貼。該方針必須符合當?shù)貒业姆梢蟆?/span> There should be a designated manager trained and responsible for Health and Safety. 現(xiàn)場必須培訓一個指定的經(jīng)理人，負責健康和安全事務。

Where hazardous chemicals are handled specific risk assessments must be in place in line with the requirements of the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). 如接觸危險化學品，必須按照材料安全數(shù)據(jù)單（MSDS）的要求做具體的風險評估。

Sites providing food service must be clean and fit for purpose 提供餐飲服務的現(xiàn)場必須保持清潔適用。 The canteen and rest area must not be used for production or storage / warehousing. 食堂和休息區(qū)不得用于生產(chǎn)或存放/倉儲。

All waste must be collected in suitable, identified containers. Hazardous waste must be segregated, managed and suitably disposed of. 所有廢棄物必須搜集、存放在適當?shù)挠袠俗R的容器中。 危險廢棄物必須分類，管理并適當?shù)靥幹谩?/span>

Spillage control 溢漏控制 |
Chemical storage areas must be contained (bunded) or have bunded pallets to avoid spillages resulting in uncontrolled release to ground or water courses. 化學品存放區(qū)域必須被隔離（加防護堤坡）或墊防護托盤，防止化學品的溢漏導致污染土地或水源。 Where required, spillage kits / controls must be in place to contain spillages in non-bunded areas. 如需要，必須采用溢漏工具/控制措施抑制對未加護坡區(qū)域的溢漏。

Cleaning Chemicals 清潔用化學品 |
Cleaning chemicals must be kept in a designated store with restricted access. Spillages must be contained and controlled effectively. Chemicals must be separated in storage to prevent accident e.g. acids / chlorine based chemicals. Health & Safety guidelines must be followed. 清潔用化學品必須存放在非公勿入的指定區(qū)域。 發(fā)生溢漏必須采取有效的抑制和控制措施。 化學品必須分開存放，防止事故發(fā)生，如酸/氯基化學品。必須遵守健康/安全指南的要求
